At Brok & Gråd, we make room for all of life’s frustrations – without judgment or eye-rolling.

Are you fed up with your boss? Did you stumble over a doorstep? Have you been through something difficult? Or are you unsure about your relationship? Bring it all with you.

In a spirit of solidarity, we invite you to vent – anonymously – about both big and small grievances across three categories:

• The constructive – where the audience is invited to offer advice
• The compassionate – where we simply listen and show empathy
• The unspoken – which remains unspoken

Audience members write down their complaints on slips of paper, which host Sofie Riise Nors then reads aloud to the room.

After sharing from the constructive category, we raise a toast together and say: “Take what you need.”
For the compassionate, we toast and say: “We understand.”
Finally, all notes are shredded in a shared ritual, and we raise one last toast: “Complain, burn, celebrate.”

There is plenty to complain about – and here, your frustrations are given the space they deserve.

Come and vent, laugh, cry, raise a glass, and let go.
