With crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other overtone instruments, Lydbad offers a deeply meditative experience, performed live by sound designer and facilitator Cecilie Dahlin. You are invited to release the pace of everyday life and settle into a quiet, restorative moment for both body and mind.

We recommend bringing a warm blanket or scarf to keep yourself comfortable during the session.

The foyer remains open after Lydbad, offering the opportunity to conclude your new morning ritual with a cup of coffee or tea.
