ML BUCH LIVE AT NØRREBRO TEATER 

The internationally acclaimed Danish artist ML Buch will perform in concert at Nørrebro Teater in Copenhagen.

In her compositional practice, ML Buch approaches music in an almost architectural way. Raw material is generated through immersion in playing and assembling, allowing space for chance and intuition to shape the work.

Her live performances reflect a fascination with combining 7-string electric guitars in open tunings with synthetic instruments and electronic experimentation.  Her album Suntub from 2023 was recently named one of the best albums of the 2020’s so far by American music outlet Pitchfork, while her debut album Skinned from 2020 has been mentioned as one the most groundbreaking Danish albums of the century by Danish magazine Soundvenue.

ML Buch, Marie Louise Buch, is a Copenhagen-based composer, producer, guitarist and vocalist. Following her debut EP Fleshy (2017), she released the critically acclaimed album Skinned (2020). Her second full-length release, Suntub (2023), is a 15-track double album which was named one of the best albums of 2023 by Danish and international medias alike. Since the release of Suntub,  ML Buch has performed at venues and festivals across a.o. Denmark, Germany, England, Spain, Portugal, Canada and USA.
