1) PRICES AND FEES
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ticket prices include VAT and a ticket fee of DKK 15.
\nFor tickets priced below DKK 80, the ticket fee is DKK 5.<\/p>\n

An order fee of DKK 15 is added per order when purchasing via www.nbt.dk.
\nTelephone bookings incur a handling fee of DKK 40 per order.<\/p>\n

Payment is accepted via Dankort, Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, MobilePay, and Apple Pay.<\/p>\n

Payment is made at the time of booking. Your purchase becomes binding once payment has been received and registered. All electronic payments are encrypted, and your card details are transmitted securely and directly to our payment provider (Nets). N\u00f8rrebro Teater does not have access to your card information.<\/p>\n

For larger orders and invoice payments, including EAN, a handling and invoicing fee of DKK 85 per order applies. The payment deadline is 8 days.<\/p>\n

2) ONLINE TICKET PURCHASES<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When purchasing tickets via www.nbt.dk, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your tickets as a PDF. You may either save the tickets on your phone or print them. Printing is not required, provided you can present your ticket on your phone at entry.<\/p>\n

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact billetter@nbt.dk<\/a>. Before doing so, please check your spam folder.<\/p>\n

By purchasing tickets, you agree to receive service emails and\/or SMS messages containing practical information about your performance or event, including a resend of your tickets shortly before the event.<\/p>\n

Tickets are not sent by post.<\/p>\n

3) PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To purchase tickets via www.nbt.dk, you must provide the following personal information:<\/p>\n

\nPostal code<\/p>\n

You may choose to purchase as a guest or create an account that stores your purchases with N\u00f8rrebro Teater and partner theatres (Betty Nansen Teatret, Folketeatret, REPUBLIQUE \/ REVOLVER, and \u00d8stre Gasv\u00e6rk Teater) via Tixly Denmark.<\/p>\n

Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The purchase of theatre tickets is not subject to the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.<\/p>\n

5) TICKET VALIDITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A ticket with a printed barcode and order number serves as your admission to a specific performance or event. The ticket must be presented either on your phone or as a printed copy and is only valid if the barcode is visible and active.<\/p>\n

Tickets with illegible barcodes or tickets that have been cancelled due to loss or exchange are not valid. Each barcode is valid for a single entry only and cannot be reused or duplicated.<\/p>\n

Please note that it is illegal in Denmark to resell tickets at a higher price than the original purchase price (including fees). Unauthorised copying or resale may result in denied entry.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

6) CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Cancellation refers to a performance or event that does not take place at all or is rescheduled. Partial completion or programme changes are not considered cancellations.<\/p>\n

N\u00f8rrebro Teater is responsible only in cases of cancellation and may offer ticket exchange or refunds.<\/p>\n

Order fees, ticket fees, handling fees, and exchange fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.<\/p>\n

7) CANCELLATION INSURANCE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You may purchase cancellation insurance for added security. The insurance is provided by Secure My Booking and covers, among other things, sudden illness, serious injury, or death affecting you, a companion, or a close family member.<\/p>\n

The insurance is purchased in connection with ticket booking at https:\/\/billet.nbt.dk\/.<\/p>\n

N\u00f8rrebro Teater acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the insurance itself. Any claims must be submitted directly to Secure My Booking<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

8) TICKET EXCHANGE<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tickets may be exchanged for another performance date within the same run up to seven days before the scheduled performance, subject to availability of equivalent seats.<\/p>\n

Each order may be exchanged once free of charge. Subsequent exchanges incur a fee of DKK 40 per order.
\nTickets can be exchanged via the link in your confirmation email.<\/p>\n

Members of the Mit Teater benefits club may exchange tickets free of charge up to 48 hours before the performance by contacting billetter@nbt.dk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

9) GIFT CARDS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Gift cards purchased online at www.nbt.dk are sent as a PDF to the email address provided. An order fee of DKK 15 applies.<\/p>\n

Gift cards can be used to purchase tickets for N\u00f8rrebro Teater performances and events. They cannot be used in the bar or for events not sold through N\u00f8rrebro Teater. Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.<\/p>\n

Please check that your gift card details are correct upon receipt. If not, contact billetter@nbt.dk.<\/p>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/strong>
\nYou have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing gift cards. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
\nAfter 14 days, a handling fee of DKK 40 will be deducted.<\/p>\n

Lost Gift Cards<\/strong>
\nLost gift cards can be blocked immediately. Please call +45 35 35 27 60 (Mon\u2013Fri, 11:00\u201312:00) for assistance.<\/p>\n

10) COMPLAINTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All complaints must be addressed directly to N\u00f8rrebro Teater at nbt@nbt.dk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

11) MIT TEATER BENEFITS CLUB<\/strong><\/h3>\n

N\u00f8rrebro Teater is part of the Teaterbilletter collaboration (Scenit and the theaters in Det K\u00f8benhavnske Teatersamarbejde). You can join the Mit Teater benefits club via www.teaterbilletter.dk<\/a> to access special offers and exclusive benefits.<\/p>\n

12) RESERVATIONS AND DISCLAIMER<\/h3>\n

N\u00f8rrebro Teater reserves the right to make changes and correct errors regarding prices, performance dates, repertoire, casting, sold-out events, and scheduling. The theatre also reserves the right to alter performance periods and times.<\/p>\n
